Refund policy

Refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. If your mosaic isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Reply to the receipt email sent by Paddle, or use the help link on that receipt (paddle.net);
  2. or write to us at [email protected] with the order or transaction number from the receipt.

No reason is required. The refund is made by Paddle to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

The right to use the HD files ends: please delete the downloaded files and do not print them. Re-downloads are disabled for that purchase.

Before you buy

The preview and the HD loupe are free: check your mosaic before paying. Screen and print colours always differ a little; the printing guide explains how to choose the size and the paper.

Right of withdrawal

As the files are digital content supplied right after payment, the law allows the statutory withdrawal period to be waived. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies in any case, on top of your statutory rights. Details in the terms.
